Canon: Resident Evil: Extinction
Bio: Albert Wesker is the Chief of the Umbrella Corporation. He was a former Marine who had a hard time taking order and had a history of taking irrational risks. From his time as serving in the Marines, Wesker has meany facial scars. When the Red Queen in the Racoon City Hive when homicidal, Wesker ordered a strike team lead by James Shade. When they learn that Alice and a man named Matt survived, Wesker was the one who ordered they both be taken for further testings. He was also the one to order a second strike force to re-open the Hive which is what caused the outbreak in Racoon City. He authorized the test of the Nemisis project against Alice and he was intrigued by the results.
He wasn't phased when the outbreak became uncontainable. He ran the corporation from an office in Tokyo, Japan and participated in holographic meetings with the other Umbrella executives from the different countries. He ordered Dr. Isaacs to create a cure for the T-Virus outbreak, and later orders the death of the scientist when Isaacs defies his direct orders. Wesker leaves the second in command of the North American branch, Alexander Slater, in charge. When Isaacs mutates into a Tyrant and kills all employees in the North American facility, Wesker decides to control future scientific experimentation from his Japanese facility. Alice interrupts a holographic meeting with Wesker and the executives, stating that she is coming for them and bringing an army of her clones.
My Canon addition is that the reason why he always weas his sunglasses is because he, too, is infected like Alice, but was unable to stop the mutation fully which is why he hides his eyes.
